RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase in any way or change your mind we will accept a return up to 30 days after receipt and issue a full refund. Any items returned must be in their original condition and not worn, marked, dirty or damaged.
During our sales period we do not provide a free returns label service.
DELAYED PARCELS
It does not matter how long your return parcel takes to get back to us, as long as you have obtained a receipt that is dated within 30 days of purchase your account will still be credited. Please make sure that you keep hold of the receipt or proof of posting.
LOST PARCELS
Should the return parcel be lost in the mail, as long as you have a certificate of posting that states you sent the parcel back within the 30 days we will still issue you with a refund.
EXCHANGES
Should you wish to exchange a garment for an alternative size or colour, please fill in the form at the bottom of the despatch note that accompanied your parcel and send it back to us. Exchanged items will be posted back to you with no additional postage charge.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM
UK RETURNS
1. Complete the paper returns form that was included in your parcel, indicating the item/s you are returning. Place the completed form inside your parcel.
2. Attach the sticky label included in your parcel to the front of your package.
*Please ensure you keep any Proof of Postage safe until we have confirmed receipt of your returned item(s) as the items remain the customer’s property until they are received by Denner Cashmere. Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
RETURNS TIMEFRAME
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt as per the Denner Cashmere Returns Policy.
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Denner Cashmere and may be returned back to the customer or may only be refunded as Online Credit.
Please note: returns can take up to 10 working days to be refunded from the date of posting your return, which includes bank processing times. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition. A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed. *This may take longer during peak and sale periods.
SAMPLES
We do not accept sample returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.
FAULTY AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note we can offer a full refund on faulty items purchased within 2 months or a refund to online credit for orders purchased within 6 months at the Company's discretion.
We take every precaution to ensure our products reach you in the best possible condition, however, if for some reason you receive a damaged item or you believe it has a clear manufacturing fault, please contact Customer Care by phone:

Please take extra care when trying on your garments. We recommend wearing a protective scarf to avoid transferring cosmetics onto fabric and removing all deodorant, fragrances and jewellery.
Any item(s) that are returned damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered as faulty and will be returned back to the customer. (Examples of wear and tear are item(s) that are returned soiled, marked or with any stains or perfume odours, material that contains fabric pulls, moth damage, snags or bobbles, garments washed or ironed incorrectly or if the label on the garment is removed).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase in any way or changed your mind we will accept a return up to 45 days after receipt and issue a full refund.
Any items returned must be in their original condition and not marked, dirty or damaged.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping.
