RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not happy with your purchase in any way or change your mind we will accept a return up to 30 days after receipt and issue a full refund. Any items returned must be in their original condition and not marked, dirty or damaged.
During our sales period we do not provide a free returns label service.
It does not matter how long your return parcel takes to get back to us, as long as you have obtained a receipt that is dated within 30 days of purchase your account will still be credited. Please make sure that you keep hold of the receipt or proof of posting.
Should the return parcel be lost in the mail, as long as you have a certificate of posting that states you sent the parcel back within the 30 days we will still issue you with a refund.
Should you wish to exchange a garment for an alternative size or colour, please fill in the form at the bottom of the despatch note that accompanied your parcel and send it back to us. Exchanged items will be posted back to you with no additional postage charge.
During the festive period the usual returns policy will apply - you will have 30 days from receipt of the order to return an item for a refund or 60 days for an exchange.
