DENNER CASHMERE RETURNS POLICY
At Denner Cashmere, your satisfaction remains our highest priority. Should you find yourself less than completely delighted with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item—unused, with the tag attached, in its original packaging, along with the original dispatch note*—within 30 days of receipt.
We will be pleased to offer an exchange for an alternative size, colour, or style, or provide a full refund.
*Failure to include the original dispatch note with your return may result in additional import taxes and duties, which may be deducted from your refund.
UK RETURNS
RETURNS
For orders from the United Kingdom, please visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/8531 to initiate your return. No payment is required at this stage; a £6 return postage & processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
DELAYED PARCELS
It does not matter how long your return parcel takes to get back to us, as long as you have obtained a receipt that is dated within 30 days of purchase your account will still be credited. Please make sure that you keep hold of the receipt or proof of posting.
LOST PARCELS
Should the return parcel be lost in the mail, as long as you have a certificate of posting that states you sent the parcel back within the 30 days we will still issue you with a refund.
EXCHANGES
Should you wish to exchange a garment for an alternative size or colour, please fill in the form at the bottom of the despatch note that accompanied your parcel and send it back to us. Exchanged items will be posted back to you with no additional postage charge.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For orders outside of the UK, kindly return the parcel directly to the address below. In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping.

RETURNS TIMEFRAME
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days after receipt as per the Denner Cashmere Returns Policy.
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Denner Cashmere and may be returned back to the customer.
Please note: returns can take up to 10 working days to be refunded from the date of receiving your return at our warehouse, which includes bank processing times. Once your return has been received, we will inspect its condition. A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed.
*This may take longer during peak and sale periods.
SAMPLES
We do not accept sample returns or exchanges at this time. All sample sales are final.
FAULTY AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note we can offer a full refund on faulty items purchased within 30 days after receipt.
We take every precaution to ensure our products reach you in the best possible condition, however, if for some reason you receive a damaged item or you believe it has a clear manufacturing fault, please contact Customer Care

Please take extra care when trying on your garments. We recommend wearing a protective scarf to avoid transferring cosmetics onto fabric and removing all deodorant, fragrances and jewellery.
Any item(s) that are returned damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered as faulty and will be returned back to the customer. (Examples of wear and tear are item(s) that are returned soiled, marked or with any stains or perfume odours, material that contains fabric pulls, moth damage, snags or bobbles, garments washed or ironed incorrectly or if the label on the garment is removed).
