The relevant delivery charge (if applicable) will automatically be added to your shopping bag when you input your Shipping Address details and select the correct country.

Orders should be paid for either by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, GlobePay, or FAM Payments.

All VAT (Value Added Tax) and duties are included in the price if applicable—no extra fees upon delivery. VAT and duties will be automatically added to your order once you have filled in your country details.

We offer complimentary in-store collection from our Denner Cashmere Flagship Boutique in London.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY - FREE
We do our utmost to send your order out the same day it is received using first class Royal Mail, but this is not always possible and we advise you allow 5 working days for delivery.

UK EXPRESS - £10
Orders can be delivered next working day for a charge of £10 via Royal Mail. For next day delivery, please place your order before 1pm. Please note that we despatch orders Monday-Friday.

CROWN DEPENDENCIES FLAT RATE - £4.95
Allow 5 working days.

Express delivery is charged at £10 for orders in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE:

THE REST OF EU - €14/£12
Delivery is expected between 5 to 7 working days.

For orders going to the EU, we offer free delivery for orders over €420/£350.

USA/Canada Standard International shipping - US$18/CA$18/£15
Delivery is expected between 5 to 7 working days (subject to customs clearance).

For all orders over US$450/CA$450/£350 we offer a free USA/Canada Standard International
Shipping.

Please note: since 29 August 2025 the United States no longer allows duty-free entry for low-value parcels, so all orders to the US are subject to import duties and tariffs, whatever the order value. These are calculated and added to your order at checkout.

TRACKING
All orders can be tracked. For all other tracking information please contact our Customer Service, supply your order number and name for us to provide the tracking information.

LOST PARCELS
If you have not received your order within 7 days please contact our Customer Services. Providing your order number and name will be useful in helping us find your items, and we strive to reply to your questions within 48 hours. However, we have to allow 14 working days from the dispatch date before reporting the parcel as lost.
