Shipping & Delivery

The delivery charge (if applicable) is added to your order at checkout once you enter your delivery address and country.

Orders can be paid for by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, GlobePay or FAM Payments.

VAT AND DUTIES
UK: VAT is included in the price.
Europe, Canada and the rest of the world: VAT and duties are included in the price. There is nothing to pay on delivery.
USA: since 29 August 2025 the United States no longer allows duty-free entry for low-value parcels, so all orders to the US are subject to import duties and tariffs, whatever the order value. These are charged at the US border, not at checkout.

At checkout, simply select Store Pick-Up and collect your order at your convenience. Orders are usually ready within 4 hours during office hours.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY - FREE
We do our utmost to send your order out the same day it is received using first class Royal Mail, but this is not always possible and we advise you allow 5 working days for delivery.

UK EXPRESS - £10
Orders can be delivered next working day for a charge of £10 via Royal Mail. For next day delivery, please place your order before 1pm on a weekday. Please note that we despatch orders Monday to Friday (excl. bank holidays).

CHANNEL ISLANDS AND ISLE OF MAN - FREE
Allow 5 working days.

Express delivery is charged at £10 for orders in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

EUROPE
France - £15, free for orders over €420/£350
Germany - free
Switzerland - sent with DHL Express Worldwide; the charge is calculated at checkout
Rest of the EU - €14/£12, free for orders over €420/£350
Delivery is expected within 5 to 7 working days (DHL).

Express: free Express International is offered at checkout for orders to the rest of the EU over £350. For any other express delivery, please email enquiries@dennercashmere.co.uk before you place your order.

USA AND CANADA
USA - free
Canada - CA$18
Delivery is expected within 5 to 7 working days (DHL, subject to customs clearance).

Express: free Express International is offered at checkout for orders to the USA over US$450 and to Canada over CA$50. For any other express delivery, please email enquiries@dennercashmere.co.uk before you place your order.

SOUTH KOREA AND REST OF THE WORLD
South Korea - £17.65
China, Japan, Mongolia, Australia and New Zealand - €19/£16
Free delivery for orders over £350. Delivery is expected within 5 to 7 working days (DHL).

TRACKING
Every order can be tracked. If a valid email address and phone number are provided at registration and checkout, a tracking number will be sent to you from the courier once your order arrives at their processing unit.

If you have not received your order within 14 working days of dispatch, please contact Customer Services with your order number and name. We aim to reply within 48 hours.
