- Washing Instructions:
By Hand
- Add 1 tsp to 4L of water
- Soak for 15min
- Squeeze gently
- No rinsing requiredBy Machine
- Add 3tsp, or more depending on the load, in the soap-drawer
- Run a rinse cycle; let water cover the items
- Stop the machine and soak for 15mins
- Turn the machine to gentle spin -

- Essential Oil (Pure and natural oil)
- Ammonium Lauryl Sulphate (Vegetable-based soap)
- Ammonium Chloride (A salt of ammonia, used as a thickener)
- Cocamide MEA (Mild foaming agent and thickener derived from plant source)
- Purified Water
- Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Thickener derived from plant source)
- PEG 75 Lanolin (Naturally derived lanolin)
- Methylchloroisothiazolinone (Preservative and antibacterial at <10ppm)

For all orders over $150/£120 we offer a free US/Canada Standard International Shipping. Delivery is expected between 5 to 7 working days.
US/Canada Standard International shipping is $18/£15 for all orders under $150/£120. Delivery is expected between 5 to 7 working days.
EUROPE
Standard International flat rate is £12. Delivery is expected between 5 to 7 working days.
For orders going to France and Germany we offer free delivery for orders over £150.
INTERNATIONAL
Standard International flat rate is £16. VAT is not payable on orders shipped outside of the UK and this will be automatically deducted from your order once you have filled in your country details. You will be required to pay tax upon delivery. Allow 14 days for delivery.

RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it unworn within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
During our sales period we do not provide a free returns label service.
EXCHANGES
We can exchange for a different size or colour and we will honour this up to 2 months after purchase.
Items returned for refund or exchange must be in their original condition and not marked, dirty or damaged.
On the rare occasion that you may find a fault with your item, please get in touch with us and our team are happy to assist.
HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
Please use the label provided with your order to return your item. If there is a delay in your return getting to us, we will honour a refund as long as your receipt of posting demonstrates that you posted this back within the 30 day period.
