Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items with original tags and packaging.
For UK orders, use the Royal Mail returns flow. Return postage/processing is deducted from the refund as per policy.
For international orders, return shipping is customer responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

- Add 1 tsp to 4L of water
- Soak for 15min
- Squeeze gently
- No rinsing requiredBy Machine
- Add 3tsp, or more depending on the load, in the soap-drawer
- Run a rinse cycle; let water cover the items
- Stop the machine and soak for 15mins
- Turn the machine to gentle spin -
