- Washing Instructions:
By Hand
- Add 1 tsp to 4L of water
- Soak for 15min
- Squeeze gently
- No rinsing requiredBy Machine
- Add 3tsp, or more depending on the load, in the soap-drawer
- Run a rinse cycle; let water cover the items
- Stop the machine and soak for 15mins
- Turn the machine to gentle spin -

- Ammonium Lauryl Sulphate (Vegetable-based soap)
- Ammonium Chloride (A salt of ammonia, used as a thickener)
- Cocamide MEA (Mild foaming agent and thickener derived from plant source)
- Purified Water
- Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Thickener derived from plant source)
- PEG 75 Lanolin (Naturally derived lanolin)
- Methylchloroisothiazolinone (Preservative and antibacterial at <10ppm)

For all UK orders, we offer free delivery using first class Royal Mail.
Allow 5 working days.
A return postage fee of £6 will be deducted from your refund.

Express delivery is charged at £10 for UK orders.

CROWN DEPENDENCIES
A standard rate of £4.95 is applied to orders in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Standard International flat rate for France, Germany, and Switzerland is £15.
Standard International flat rate for the rest of EU is £12, while express flat international rate is £22

For orders going to the EU, we offer free delivery for orders over £350.

USA/CANADA
USA/Canada Standard International flat rate is US$18/CA$18/£15.
Delivery is expected between 5 to 7 working days.
For USA/Canada orders over US$450/CA$450/£350 we offer a free US/Canada Standard International Shipping. Delivery is expected between 5 to 7 working days.
INTERNATIONAL
Standard International flat rate is £16 (£17.65 for Korea orders).
Allow 14 days for delivery.
For International orders, we offer free delivery for orders over £350.
VAT is not payable on orders shipped outside of the UK and this will be automatically deducted from your order once you have filled in your country details. You will be required to pay tax upon delivery.

RETURNS
At Denner Cashmere, your satisfaction remains our highest priority. Should you find yourself less than completely delighted with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item—unused, with the tag attached, in its original packaging, along with the original dispatch note*—within 30 days of receipt. We will be pleased to offer an exchange for an alternative size, colour, or style, or provide a full refund.
For orders from the United Kingdom, please visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/8531 to initiate your return. No payment is required at this stage; the return postage and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to our returns & refunds page for the applicable amount.
For orders outside of the UK, kindly return the parcel directly to the address below. In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES
We can exchange for a different size or colour and we will honour this up to 2 months after purchase.
Items returned for refund or exchange must be in their original condition and not marked, dirty or damaged.
