For all UK orders, we offer free delivery using first class Royal Mail.

Standard International flat rate for the rest of EU is £12, while express flat international rate is £22

For USA/Canada orders over US$450/CA$450/£350 we offer a free US/Canada Standard International Shipping. Delivery is expected between 5 to 7 working days.
INTERNATIONAL
Standard International flat rate is £16 (£17.65 for Korea orders).
Allow 14 days for delivery.
For International orders, we offer free delivery for orders over £350.
VAT is not payable on orders shipped outside of the UK and this will be automatically deducted from your order once you have filled in your country details. You will be required to pay tax upon delivery.

RETURNS
At Denner Cashmere, your satisfaction remains our highest priority. Should you find yourself less than completely delighted with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item—unused, with the tag attached, in its original packaging, along with the original dispatch note*—within 30 days of receipt. We will be pleased to offer an exchange for an alternative size, colour, or style, or provide a full refund.

No payment is required at this stage; the return postage and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to our returns & refunds page for the applicable amount.
For orders outside of the UK, kindly return the parcel directly to the address below. In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We can exchange for a different size or colour and we will honour this up to 2 months after purchase.
