Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items with original tags and packaging.
For UK orders, use the Royal Mail returns flow. Return postage/processing is deducted from the refund as per policy.
For international orders, return shipping is customer responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Exchanges are available for size or colour subject to stock.
The thickest socks we make: a chunky rib in 4-ply cashmere, twice the weight of our jumpers, for the coldest floors and the longest evenings. Knitted in 100% Mongolian cashmere in our own factory in Ulaanbaatar. One size; ten colours. Made for wearing at home rather than in shoes.

Composition & care
100% cashmere. Machine wash cold on a wool or delicate cycle with a cashmere shampoo, or wash by hand; reshape and dry flat; never tumble dry. Light pilling with wear is natural and lifts off with a cashmere comb — both are in our Cashmere Care range.
