Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items with original tags and packaging.
For UK orders, use the Royal Mail returns flow. Return postage/processing is deducted from the refund as per policy.
For international orders, return shipping is customer responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

A plain crew neck in 2-ply, 100% Mongolian cashmere — fibre we buy directly from herding families, then wash, spin and knit in our own factory in Ulaanbaatar, so the price is the mill’s, not a middleman’s. It sits as happily over a shirt and tie as it does over a T-shirt at the weekend — and it comes in 16 colours, so the second one is easy to choose.

- 2-ply 100% Mongolian cashmere — the yarn is twisted double, so the knit is warmer, more substantial and holds its shape longer than a single-ply sweater
- Neat round neck with a ribbed collar that lies flat under a jacket collar
- Ribbed cuffs and hem in the same yarn keep the body sitting neatly and spring back after wear
- Classic fit with a straight body; average back length 71 cm (28"), sits at the hip
- Machine washable on a cool wool cycle — no dry-cleaning bills

Composition & care
100% cashmere. Machine wash cold on a wool or delicate cycle, inside out, with a cashmere shampoo; reshape and dry flat; never tumble dry. A little pilling in the first few weeks is natural in any new cashmere knit and lifts off with a cashmere comb — both are in our Cashmere Care range.
